If you like a challenging approach, try the 'River Visual' approach into KDCA Runway 19 (Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington DC.)

I had the same problem before. I found, that if I put my sim speed at 1/4, when the NGX entered a turn, it would do an extreme turn, with loads of "Bank Angle" warnings.

I had that same problem initially with no cabin sound, until I uninstalled FSX and reinstalled it in C:\FSX (i.e. outside of C:\Program Files) But now, I am getting a strange problem. About half way during the cruise, the NGX just goes into an extreme banking, to the left or right, and then it goes off course.
