I hope they enter into the biz jet scene. For example there are no solid hawker jets on flightsim like the 800, 850 900XP or challenger biz jets or even the gulfstream 3,-6 series or maybe even the global express jets.

I think when the time comes to worry about an 'online shop' we will and that should be when we get more info from MS. For now we have a sim that looks just like its younger brother FSX. That's what worries me.

Did i miss something or was this so called 'FLIGHT STORE' include in the last march screen shot. There is so much talk about it like its already a running website from microsoft. Any links would be nice...

micosoft speech and microsoft flight are 2 different platforms. Addons like fs2crew bridge these two for a more imersive experience. The question now is what does mircosoft add to flight to make it sellable to a wider audience? Imo i just thought speaking to the sim would look good on the ads for flight for those first timers to flightsim.

microsoft is in the habit of intergrating addons features into new versions of their simulators. Like the camera views from active camera of fs2004 that found its way into fsx. I think a voice option would be a nice addition into the core of flight. Maybe in future HF and SELCAL could be included.

A voice api will totally improve the wider acceptability of flight. The ability to give voice commands to the 'co-pilot' like gear up and possibly a PTT (push to talk) feature for atc should be sellable by Microsoft.More importantly included in the SDK.

If microsoft needs more revenue they should release the SDK's then begin to release/develop addon's of thier own and compete with other developers like pmdg, aerosoft etc.

i tweaked my voicepack to remove the 'expedite' climb descent and turn and i self position for final and atc usually hands me over to tower.I also update all the navaids and approaches in my country to the latest notam/airac issued to enhance realism.New features like1. Visibility in meters in atis2. airborne and landing time3. ability to request airfield weather from any airport with a tower4.startup clearance with time,qnh and temperature5.ability to request our own descent and direct routing to flight plan fixesthis could be included in the current atc to enhance the sim a bit more.

i think ms atc is tied to scenery (bgl's like bvcl.bgl), AI Aircraft,that large sound file in sounds folder and many other parts of fs without a core of its own which will make a SDK difficult to release.For me the default atc gives the sim a sense of purpose in free flight, without it fs will be naked and bare. MS should improve on it or leave the 'canned' atc in place. What is aviation or flight without ATC. They should focus on improving FS as a whole and not just eyecandy like scenery. Its the little things that make FS an imersive game.

Remove ATC and replace with what for free flight? You will get surely get tired of missions. I believe they could make ATC more interesting and more interesting like "expedite out of runway due traffic on short final" and ATC should penalize you for sloppy flying. They should make ATC a bit more challenging and less predictable. just my 2cents

Better ATC... Like ATC given you airborne and landing time, with ATIS reporting visibility in meters and kilometers. ATC should not be too predictable like startup delays and landing delays occasionally. We should be able to request for weather from tower at airfields without ATIS/AWOS and option to request our own descent at TOD (top of descent). The ability to use other approaches other than ILS in clear weather. like atc telling you to expect vor/dme with good vis. more later... any other thoughts on ATC guys?

ATC menu error... when the ATC menu goes blank after an instruction from ATC.
