  1. The sound associated with liftoff is the auto brakes clicking off RTO
  2. Only 22 million for a human clone now a days huh? Send the link... I'll throw some money at it....
  3. Pretty sure TIT is an industry acronym. Used for VOR navigation. "Tune, identify, twist". Anyone else come across this one during their flight training?
  4. PMDG team, This is an awesome concept. Looking forward to how it all plays out. No one from PMDG has commented on how many airframes will be in the system. I would imagine if the system is rather dynamic and they can add more aircraft at airports as needed as the product grows and evolves.
  5. Check is in the mail. Don't cash it until Tuesday
  6. "it is going to be unlike anything PMDG has ever done before, and we think it will be unlike anything you have ever seen at an event related to simming" Sure doesn't sound like any aircraft line. Has a new simulator ever been mentioned at an event about simming before. Willing to bet it has. This should be very interesting. No clue what to expect....
  7. Alexis,. Glad you got it sorted out. Blue skies
  8. I think I had a situation once where I started 2 engine simultaneously on opposite sides of the aircraft. Let's say 1 and 4. If I remember correctly if both buses switch from APU to engine generators at about the same time this momentary period without power from any source was enough to loose the center IRS...... then again... I may have dreamed it up in my head. I'd give it a try if I was at home
  9. Strobes charge and then discharge (flash) -- Since there are several factors that can affect the charge rate, they are not always going to flash at the exact same time.
  10. I am now experiencing this issue as well. R XFR bus does not switch back to receiving power from the main after landing. It remains getting power from the R backup Gen, so if the engine is shut down the FO instruments loose power. The solution mentioned prior about turning off both FD's does work. Once they are shut down the XFR bus receives power from the main again. I am not expecting a SP, but just wanted to add one more person to the list that has seen the issue
  11. Rod, Just curious if you set the radio panel correctly on the 777? According to the PMDG manual, you have to make sure the mic switch is set correctly for ATC to work correctly. I don't use FS2Crew and just purchased the T7,so I never had any version before sp1c, but I did notice that RC4 doesn't always respond unless the mic switch on the radio panel is set. Maybe worth a look
  12. @pcubine Michael, Did you ever find a solution for this? Same thing happens to mine. FSX sits in the lower right portion of the screen and will not respond. The only way to exit is to use task manager. Michael Sill
