Problems with time compression 8x
Hi Folks, I still have the Problem, that it's not possible to fly the 777 (77F, 77L, 77W) with a simulation rate 8x. After flying a over waypoints, the aircraft is banking from left to right.... I've the latest Version (1.10.6492) and re-installed it yet. No changes after re-instal. The problem does not exist using other aircraft, e. g. the PMDG 737. Any ideas or suggestions to solve the problem? Greets, Jack.

Hey, I know that the re-download should be the last possibility. But I was too excited today if my nem System run the 777 better than my old one (it was not really possible to enjoy it on this System). I Think some of you will understand me - remembering the times directly after the 777 release. I just had in mind, that it was possible to re-download the package directly, when I had to pay the 4,95$ für the NGX in the past (at that time, I had no backup). Now I went to my office and took the external HDD withe my backup. So the 4,95$ is my tip for the PMDG guys Good evening / afternoon / morning

Hey folks, I'm annoyed concerning the following: I bought a new PC 'cause the old one was to slow for running the 777. Now I wanted to install the 777 as quick as possible. My backup-file is on a HDD stored in my office. My new PC is at home. So I decided to pay the 4,95$ to get a new download-link and the 777. I thought, this would be much easier and faster than to go to my office at my free-day... The thing I had not considered is, that I had to open a ticket at the support after buying the re-download. A PMDG-Member has to send me a new link, after checking manually if I bought the full 777base-pack before. Now I am waiting half the day - and I think I'll have to wait until this evening, cause the guys (in the US) sleep when I'm awake and are awake when I (Europe) sleep. They're programming an aircraft like this, and it's not possible to check automatically that I've bought the 777 basepack at the release day (it's even shown in my order-overview)?? That is really customer-unfriendly and upsets me today. Tomorrow I'm in my office and could take my backup-file - I think I won't get the download link much faster. An obvious hint, that I've to wait until the customer-Support sends me a new link, would have been great.... When I buy software online, I expect that I get the product after buying - regardless if it's a new download or a re-download... Regards, Jack

PMDG 737 & 777 performance problems
Hi folks, first I've to say that I don't have a high-end system - but with the right settings, the 737 worked fine, the fps was reasonable. The 777 frame rate was in high-detailled sceneries not the best, but also "regular". The performance was not great, but acceptable for me. Now I noticed the following: The framerate shows e. g. 20 or 30 fps. By moving the cursor over the buttons or click-spots the framerate decreases for a millisecond to e. g. 3 fps. If I move the cursor over more buttons, e. g. the num-pad of the FMC, I get a "flipbook" - the fps decreases again and again from an acceptable framerate to 3 fps and back to the acceptable rate. I cannot remember that I had this problem from the beginning - especially not on the 737 before running the 777. I reinstalled the whole system (I formatted the hdd) - but the problem is still there. I run the FSX on a Intel i5 -2410 with 6 GB Ram and a Radeon HD 6850. As I said, no high end system, but sufficient for me. Are there any suggestions to improve or slve my problem or is it normal and and I just have not been previously recognized it? The problem does not appear on other airplanes (LevelD 767 for example). I hope you understand my english - its not my native language. Maybe somebody can give me a hint for a solution - or I just have to live with it... Greets, Jack

Fuel temp question
Hey - thanks for your answers. Regards!

Fuel temp question
Hi folks! I've got a question: I don't know if it's a generally bug, a problem with my installation (in fact, the pmdg777 runs without problems on my system) or maybe realistic... After the first loading a 777 from the fsx menu, no matter if it is a 77L or 77F, the fuel temperature is approximately near the outside temperature. After reaching higher altitudes and decreasing temperatures, the fuel temp decreases also. So far it seems realistic for me - the fuel temp decreases e. g. to -15° C. After coming back to the ground, the fuel temperature rises very very slowly. Even at e. g. 39°C the fuel temperature rises very slowly. During a usual turnaround, the fuel temp won't come up to a +degree. It only rises from degree to degree - but stays normaly below the freezing point. Even the time-lapse does not make it faster. For my opinion, this can't last so long and I think, I could not notice such a low increase of the fuel temperature with other products (e. g.PMDG747, Level D 767) So my question: Is it a bug, a problem with my installation or maybe realistic? Regards and thx for answers!

Hi folks! Does anybody know, where I can change the colour of the main gear doors? After searching in all files, i couldn't find the right section to paint the main gear doors in the same colour like the fuselage... Thanks for clues, Jack All

PMDG 737NGX repaint question
Hi Folks! I've got a repaint-question. how is it possible to create a non-reflecting fuselage. I mean a fuselage, which is not so shiny like reflecting steel. Some aircraft are painted with a mat color. I tried to solve the problem with a black alpha channel, but the result is a transparent fuselage. Anybody her who has any suggestions for me? Thank you, Jack

04MAR12: SP1c Released for full NGX product range.
Hi @ allFirst, English is not my native language - so please forgive me, if my question is answered yet in this post. I tried to read everything, but maybe I didn't see the matching post. After the Update my pedestal lighting - especially the radios - are illuminated orange. That looks real to me. BUT, the Transponer is looking different, it is illumiated dark with white letters - similar to the collins mcp.It is absolutely different to the other illumination. Is it normal - a bug - or a problem with my computer / version / FSX?I found a orig-picture on airliners.net where the transponder is illuminated the same as the radios (=>orange)....Unfortuanetly I can't post the link here....!? Maybe there are different types of pedestrals. Thanks for answers and forgive me, if this answer is posted yet or my english isnt the best...Regards, Jack

Bouncing Wings after Landing
Hi @ all! Searched the Forum yet but I couldn't find anything... I#ve the problem that the wings of the 738 are bouncing unrealistic high during taxiing to the gate after landing. Its looking like the 738 trying to fly like a bird by using the wings :) I don't have this problem by taxiing to the runway for takeoff - only after landing. Anybody here with the same problem? Any suggestions for a Solution? Thanks, Rene
