  1. Hi guys, Actualy it was realy simple because CPFlight has a driver That supports the NGX. It's plug and play. I have the EFIS, MCP and i also use the FDS AFDS. I also added some LEDs for the MIP through the CPFlight board eg: - speed brake armed - ALL landing gear announciators - flaps annouciators Have fun :-) Chris Verner I Like the FDS stuff but i got a good deal on a used EL so i went for That. Thanks Chris Verner
  2. Too bad you have to sign up to download it. Just going to the link froze my browser. Is there any other way to get that list? Thanks Chris
  3. Hi guys, I finished setting up my Flightdeck solutions AFDS plugged in to a CPFlight MIP737 board. Almost everything worked right after doing the wiring. The only thing I'm having an issue with is the common for the test switch. The FDS AFDS seems to only use one common wire for both the push buttons and the test switch and the CPFlight board seems to be expecting a different common wire for the switch and the push buttons. I'll figure it out for sure. I tried a flight with the NGX this afternoon and t he LEDs worked as expected along with the push buttons. So far, so good :-) Merry Xmas! Chris
  4. Very nice! Happy to see the set of CPFlight modules working with the NGX. Thanks
  5. The address does not work for me. Can you post a direct link? I would love to se the setup you have. Thanks Chris
  6. Hi Shaun, I downloaded that app for the panel positions and it works great! Thanks for the tip!
  7. Hi Ed, I will for sure. I received the MIP737 board from CPFlight. It's already installed. I am currently still waiting for the AFDS to arrive. Peter from FDS told me it should be here on Monday or Tuesday next week. As for your question, I will be building a MIP out of MDF and using the FDS panels on it. I am building the MIP structure myself to save some $. If you do a search with my user name will be able to see my current setup. I posted a video of it. I don't have the link at the moment. Thanks Chris
  8. I will be building the MIP myself out of MDF but I will get the panels from FDS. I live in Quebec and they are in Ontario so the shipping is super fast and no brokerage fees of any sort. Just regular sales tax and that comes up much much cheaper. Good luck with your project! it's ooking awsome. If you want o see my setup. it's here: It's in french but you will get the point i'm sure. Chris
  9. Hi Shaun, I saw your website earlier. Good stuff you have there. Alot of DIY. I'm more of a modules guy myself but very nice work you have done so far. I just got my MIP737 board yesterday and mounted it in my MCP/EFIS rack. I'm supposed yo get my AFDS today from Flightdecksolutions. I wil then be adding some switches (like you did) until I get my full size MIP done. Glad to see i'm not he only guy doing this ;-)
  10. Hi guys, I received my MIP737 board yesterday and should be getting my AFDS from FDS today. I will plugging it in (hopefuly) this afternoon. I will let you know how it went since i seem to be the first one using these modules with the NGX.
  11. Yes yes!!!! So far i'm using the NGX because I don't have all the hardware. I just have the CPFlight MCP, EFIS and AFDS from FDS but the minute I can switch to a forward view without any 3d cockpit, it would be great to still use the NGX. The flight dynamics are simply the best out there so far.
  12. It's standard procedure on the 737. Unfortunately, I don't know about the other planes.
  13. Bump. Anyone using using these with the NGX?
  14. Found it through Google. Nevermind.
  15. Hi guys, I know this has been posted before but I can't seem to get proper results from the search engine (I hate that thing. I'ts too complicated to make a simple search). I want to buy the 737 handles for the saitek quad but can't find the guy's website. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks Chris
