No, dont know what that is. I open the a/c cfg in notepad, make the change, save, a screen opens asking where to save, after hitting enter, it says there is already a cfg for this aircraft, do you want to replace it if I click yes it says not allowed.??Terry

Hi, I am trying to adjust the pilots seat height in the a/c cfg file, when I change the views value and save it, it reverts back to original when I go out of the screen. I am using notepad to make the changes. What am I missing? ThanksTerry

Thanks for the replies, I found the view in a/c cfg and changed the last numbers to 1.6, this dropped the view down to the floor of the cockpit in the virtual view, but did not alter the 2d view, I use the 2d view only, what would I modify to lower this?ThanksTerry

Is there a way to raise the pilots seat in the cfg file, I find all aircraft seating position too low, I know how to raise it on the keyboard however if I pan with the hat switch it returns to preset height.ThanksTerry

Help for newbe, I have downloaded the tweaked cfg for fsx, what is the easiest way to install it to my program, I have saved the original but do not know where to go from here. I have it as an adobe file in my downloads.Thanks for any help you can offer.Terry

Jim, again thanks for your help, I too did some checking and embarassed to say I was using my Canada Air Pilot instrument procedures manual I held onto after retirement, it is outdated, the frequency I was using has been changed. I do thank you for your help.Terry

Hi, I have decided to upgrade with a new mb, proc, and memory. I will be using my old hd and power supply. My question is can I reload my windows 7 and my FSX programs?

I am having trouble intercepting the approach path on landing, I set the frequency on nav 1, the runway heading on the course setting and click the approach button, when it intercepts it tends to turn away from the airport, what am I doing wrong? Using 737.Terry

Hi guys, I am hooked on FSX, my computer is not. Currently I have an Asus m2a-vm mb, Phenom 9750 quad core, nvidia geforce/nforce 630a, 750 watt cps and 4 gigs of ddr2 800 ram. I have downloaded and installed the cfg from Bojote. If I put about 4 or 5 hundred into it, what would give me the best bang for the buck?ThanksTerry

Hi, I am new to flight siming, I run windows 7 with microsoft fsx. I am looking for help as to upgrades to my computer for this program. Currently my mb is an Asus m2n68-am plus, cpu is amd phenom 9750 quad core, grafixs is n vidia geforce n force 630a and I have 4 gigs of ddr2-800 memory.I can only run with about half or three quarters settings, frame rates set at unlimited run from 8 to 40fps.Please be patient with my questions as I am only semi computer literate.ThanksTerry
