Addon converter X said to be a solution for many addon airports that have grey terrains. Not for all. Give it a try until Steve fix it someday. I will.

I gave it a try with no result. No AA. I hope someday someone to make AA look like DX9.

Right after Catalyst AI Quality there is "Enable surface format optimization" that is ticked.

Plan A: Untick and tick again DX10 in REX and reinstall textures worked for someone for the water that looks like diamond pool like mine. So I'll do the same and hope to fix the gray terrain. I'll inform you about the resultsl. Plan B: At another post someone said that Addon Converter X solve this problem not for all but for many addon airports. I'll give it a try if plan A fails and I'll wait for a steve fix B)

Where is mipmap? I have ATI 6850 and driver 12.10 but I can't find it in my CCC.

Another DX10 very happy flyer here! Made my first flight last night! Amazing performance and textures! Addon companies must make DX10 updates of their great products immediately!

Last night I did my first DX10 flight and I loved it!! Excellent framerates, no stutters or microstutters, no spikes, very stable, sooo real textures, with all addons used and sliders at almost max! The issues I have are these described above about grey runways and taxiways at dawn and dusk and not so good filters. I'm a day flyer but I love to takeoff at dawn and land at dusk :wub: FSX community and all addon companies MUST learn about this great improvement made by Steve, leave behind DX9 for ever and make DX10 updates of all their products :Praying: because a new era for FSX begins! Red is better than CAPS huh? :wink: :biggrin:

I had this issue too for some reason. I closed fsx, opened fs2crew config manager, disabled and enabled button version (this is the version i use) and the issue fixed.

I have purchased all FS2Crew products for PMDG and I think this is the easiest one! There is no need for a tutorial! I took a look at the online manuals and captain's flow. But when you start the fs2crew panel from cold and dark everything goes smooth. Actually the panel says what to do next!
