Ok. I re-installed everything including the NGX and am happy to report that it's now functional again. Phew. Thanks for your follow-up byork. Much appreciated.

I always load up the sim with the default Trike, then select the NGX. I've never used a saved situation file. The plane always loads up cold and dark. I've tried it again...and still only opens up a blank box. I've tried loading up the button control as well as voice control. No change. I am using the Legacy NGX version yes and have all the latest updates for the PMDG.

Ok. So I deleted the fsx.cfg file and re-started FSX and rebuilt the .cfg. I tried launching the program in the 737NGX...again it did not load. When I try to launch FS2CREW using the view menu and instrument panel within FSX, it only shows a large black box with has nothing in it. When I load up the 777 and launching it this way, the panel appears and is operational. Same goes for my Airbus FS2CREW. So it would appear that it's only messing up on my NGX. I've done no special updates or tweaks to it of any kind for quite some time. I'm at a loss. I just tried re-installing it again with no luck.

Ok Perfect. Thanks for the reply byork. I'll give it a try and see what happens. Out of curiosity....what does the config panel supposed to show when FS2Crew was properly loaded? I've opened it up and it didn't really show much. Thanks.

Hey All, I know FSX is very tempermental and stuff will break or just simply stop working without any help from the user. Well it would appear this has just happened. My FS2Crew for the NGX was working flawlessly for a very long time. I did nothing to the sim or the NGX that would otherwise mess up the loading. Now FS2CREW simply will not load up into the aircraft. I've troubleshooted everything that is in the manual with no luck. I'm at a complete loss here as to what on earth happened. I load up with the default trike and everything. Anyone on here on the forums experience this and know a solution? I've already un-installed the program and re-installed it with no luck. Even loading the button control doesn't work. The only thing I haven't done yet is re-install the NGX. Help is appreciated. Thank you all. I just tested FS2CREW with the AirbusX and the PMDG777 and they don't load up either. This is very troubling. Thanks.

Hey guys, Thanks to all of you who took time to post and figure out my issue. I believe I've figured it out. It wasn't EZDOK or ASN causing the issue, but rather Accufeel. I went into the config and disabled it for the plane and it flew smoothly. However, when I disabled all the turbulence effects and turned the it back on, I was still getting the chop. So I reset it to the default values and it is not working a lot more accurately and no longer get that nasty chop from 12000ft and up. Thanks again. Trance77

Hey all, Not sure if anyone else has been experiencing this or not. Whenever I do a flight with the 737ngx, the plane starts to shake violently Whenever I'm climbing and withing a few thousand feet of the cruise, I start experiencing extreme...and I mean extreme turbulent shaking on the aircraft. The shaking remains the same throughout the entire flight. It's absolutely ridiculous!! The weather was clear and wind was minimal. This happens on every single flight. Very frustrating to say the least. I'm running Active Sky Next, Ezdock, Rex 4 direct and aivlasoft efb on a networked computer. I've even disabled all the weather and it still shakes all about. I've re-installed the aircraft from scratch and still has the same issue. Anyone else experience this or is it just my luck? Any thoughts? Thanks.

Well I kinda feel a bit better knowing that it's not just me experiencing these difficulties. I'm rather unlucky when it comes to these sort of things. Nothing ever seems to go smoothly for me. Anyway, hope the problem is rectified soon. In the meantime, I guess it's studying the manuals. Thanks for all the responses.

You're probably right...but still is frustrating. I know it's not quite the same but it's like going to buy new car...pay for it...get in it...and it doesn't start.

Hello all, I've posted this question somewhere else in the forum but just realized there was a section specific for 737 NGX. Here's my issue: I just purchased the online version of the ngx 737 base package from PMDG yesterday along with the FS2CREW bundle. I managed to install everything correctly and thought nothing more of it. THen...the issue hit me. I launch FSX and pick one of my (4) 737's that came with the package. I pick anyone and try to load up the aircraft in FSX. Then, a stupid window appears telling me I need to activate the product online. Well this threw me a curve ball as nowhere did it mention I needed to do this? So I check my e-mails that came with the purchase and find a license key with XXX-XXXX-XXXX etc.. I believe this to be the key so I enter it and click on 'activate'. The window then changes to "unable to connect to the activation server, check your connection blah blah blah. Then another window shows up saying "you do not have a license copy..." then FSX and the window closes. #####?!! I've tried running the game in Admin mode, shut down my firewall, i even made a camp fire and did a "activate my darn plane" dance and nothing. How frustrating is this? I just spend $130 US on all this and I can't even activate it. Seriously, i'm one for anti-piracy protection but seriously....do i need to provide and blood and urine sample as well to get it to work? So now it's the waiting game with PMDG to see if they have a solution to my problem. I sure hope so cuz their "no refund policy" isn't going to go over to well if I can't use their product. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit by the way and using McAfee Anti-virus. If anyone has any clue how to fix my issue, or as had a similar experience, I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks. Trance77

Hi all, Not sure if I'm posting this in the right section. Couldn't seem to find the right one to put it in so I'll try here for now. I've just recently purchased and downloaded the pmdg 737 800/900 base package from pmdg website. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. I'm able to install the package without any issues but here's my problem: When i launch FSX and try to pick one of the pmdg 737 planes, i get 2 window prompts: 1) One asked me if I wish to run the fsx2crew voice (which i purchased at the same time); 2) Online Activation window pops up to entre a product activation code. I think i'm putting in the right code but when I click on activate, it's says it's unable to reach the activation servers and to verify my internet connection (which is working just fine). Then the second window appears saying I don't have a valid license for the product everything closes. My firewall was disabled during installing and I ran the program using administrative rights. I'm still waiting to hear back from pmdg directly for a solution. So I turn to the AVSIM community in hopes that one of you would have a solution to my problem or at least know what I'm talking about. Again, if I posted this in the wrong spot, i apologize. I wished it called out traffic for me. I've had several close calls on a flight i'm doing right now. First, I crossed with 1.5mi of a British Airways plane while we crossed altitudes. I also had another flight fly right on top of me with 500 feet. I'm sorry to say but I'm not very impressed with RCv4.3 at all. I've had more near misses that i've ever had using the MS ATC. Also, RC made me land on the runway while there was another plane lined up ready for takeoff. Also, I heard the ATC give 3 planes behind me clearances to land while I was still on final WITH that plane of the runway. Whats up with that??? Am I doing something wrong or it is the program messing up royally??

Hey, I just recently bought and downloaded Radar Contact V4.3.3845. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I using FSX with It's Your Plane add-on, Rex 2.0. I just installed RCv4.3 and whenever I try and load a flight plane, it gives me an error: Run-Time Error 481 - Invalid Picture. It also gives me this error when I click on the voices button. Has anyone one else encountered this error? I have no idea what to do in order to fix this. This would suck big time after spending over $50 to purchase this software. Any help would be appreciated.
