I think this happens to most people iswell, i know with me when i finish a flight if i wish to fly again i will always close FSX then re start it. You could check the Event Viewer and find out which program is causing FSX to crash

Hey guys, So purchased FSPSFA a few days after it was released, and found it be a Fantastic tool. In the Sim i have FPS set to 35, and then in the tool itself i have it set to 30. I find when on approach, when FSPS swicthes my FPS from the Locked number to unlimited, the ground textures go blurry as... When i switch to the wing view, and the FPS goes back to locked, the Textures begin to look nice and crisp again. It only seems to switch to unlimited when im in the VC of aircraft like the NGX and now the 777 300! Is it trying to tell me that it cant hold the locked number ? Should i try putting the FPS down abit and see if it will clear up the textures... Or is there any tweak any one have used to Un blurr the textures.. System is - I5 4670K 4.4ghz, GTX 770, 8GB of ram.. Tweak wise, just using the normal Bufferpools =0,highmemfix, Affinity mask....

I relise you have probably said it a million times, the only reason i posted was i couldnt find the thread i was looking for, but after a second look i relise it was right there under my nose the whole time. Sorry for making you reach your " limit " just some excited simmers Jack

Hey guys, Before i start im not intending to start a war. I have bought and Downloaded the 777 300ER and the SP1 update. Im so happy with it and the weather radar ect. It seems to me that the little things in the 777 now are what i tend to notice more. For example, on the MCP the 9 and 6 numbers have been changed, and to what i think look alot better. The Hats which now sit under the engines and the wings, makes Sitting at the gate more realistic... My question is Will the SP2 update for the NGX have some of the items? Things like how the 9 is shaped ( Again small things i notice ) and things like the hats that guard the wing ect The new 777 300 and the SP1 update is amazing, if some of those features get intergrated into SP2 it will make make the NGX even more realistic and amazing to fly

Okay guys, So with one try with the demo for about 10 minutes i was already impressed. So i bought it. I locked the FPS in the sim at 35, made sure the frame rate limit in Nvidea inspector was turned off. I loaded up at KLAX with max settings, i was averaging about 21 - 24 fps in the NGX with the default Major thunderstorm weather on ( like it says to do in the manual ) When i turned the fiber accelerarion on, i set it to 30. Then i noticed the fps shoot up to maintain what i had set. For me the werent as many stutters. I will continue to mess with setttings, with the cfg ect. But for now im very happy with the purchase i have made Jack Edit - The KLAX airport was FS Dream team, and i had maxed out settings

Hi there, Am not too sure if i posted this in the correct place. Anyway was wondering if there was any addon scenery for YWLM, even just an afcad update?? i have tried the one from FS2004 i think it was, and for some reason just on my sim it caused it to crash

Had the same problem with Windows 8, only solution was to setup controls with FSUIPC I never setup my controls in FSUIPC before, but now im glad i have!

Hey guys, So today i decided to delete the FSX.CFG and make a new one, i normally follow the Venetubo guide, but when i put the cfg into i came across a few tweaks that i havent seen or i dont know what it does, so i was wondering if someone was able to let me know what they do :) These are the definitions that are comming straight out of venetubo 1 . Autogen 2 style batching is being enabled (DX10 Only). 2. Adding MAX_ASYNC_BATCHING_JOBS for improved autogen batching performance. What do those lines mean and do you recomend them being added

Okay so it really baffles me When taxing i have a very smooth, and stable 25 - 30FPS, but it seems the stutters are here again. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? Its only noticable when going a slow speed ( Like taxing ) Jack

And Gregg_seipp : Thank you for you reply i will have a look at Riva Tuner further Okay so messing with the Contrast settings, i had it turned down to 0 and i dont even mind that. It definately fixed the issues at night and at the same time seemed to make them look better! I dont even mind them for the daytime ! How do i save the profile for FSX

Okay guys, So i used to use ENB series with FSX to make the night darker, but it got to a stage where i would hate the way it looks in the day. I then only used it when i was doing night flights, but that also got to the stage where when tabbing out and going over to look at my other monitor to view the flight plan and charts ect. FSX would crash, and according to Event Viewer the ENB would cause that. I went back to just the defualt FSX night, and i have no come to a stage where i would like to make FSX Dark again, i have been looking at some posts on the forums about people using sweet FX I wanted to post and ask does it really work? And does any one else have any other suggestions that they use to make FSX dark at night

You need to make sure you run FSX as admin
