By the way: A texture artist called Corina Meyer has given the MD-11 a new exterior life. The aircraft looks so much more up-to-date if you use her brilliant textures. When it comes to long-haul, I tend to use the old lady again instead of the newer aircraft. In my opinion, the VC has a certain feel that the latest add-ons lack. Long live the MD-11, thank you Corina. Christoph Kühne

Really sad. I love the PMDG T7 and yet, I tend to go back to the MD11 quite often. I love the atmosphere in the VC in spite of the textures being nowhere as sharp as the T7 ones. Maybe this is because the T7 textures look too new, almost too plastic. I prefer the worn down style of the MD11 and the NGX. And what I still find extremely impressive is the thought how modern the MD11 was system wise. And still it isn't boring to fly, and what's more, it is also fun to handfly. I wish PMDG will think their decision over in the future Chris Kühne
