MSFS 2020 Carenado CT182T aircraft.cfg
Jccatcher replied to Dangerous Beans's topic in Carenado General Forum
@brent.houston How is the performance modeling in this aircraft? Looking for something that I can reliably plan a flight around. The default aircraft just haven't been cutting it. -
I wonder if this feature might sneak its way into the NGX SP2...

If it ain't broke...

NGX Goes Off Course With 90 degree left turns!

I was able to fix this by going into FSInn Settings>Network>Peer to Peer and check "Disable Peer to Peer Automatic Establishing." That should work! -
Common real world start-up procedure?

The only problem I have with the short term is that the APU is running. Generally, and more so at WN, they try to limit the APU use to pushback only. -
Oh lord I do not want to think about that right now! XD

Nice to see someone has had a failure, as I have not yet. But personally I would not have flown with that plane. Mostly because if the isolation valve did fail, there is no telling what else might fail at different periods of flight.

I heard that they brought Milviz on for the VC moddeling, so I can assume it will be pretty awesome!

The problem is physics. The left turn is caused by the torque effect on the aircraft. This is a prime example of Newton's Third Law of Motion. It states, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The propeller is turning clockwise (right) which in turn causes the aircraft to roll counterclockwise. It is solved by applying right pressure when the torque effect is greatest, high power and low speed. Hope this helps!
