Hello guys, about a week ago I asked for help about a new system, now I have (well I think) found a good new setup. Let present it to you First things first I probably will overclock it a bit.. i7-4770k @ 3,5gHz oc after Nvidia GTX 770 2048 mb [Asus or Gigabyte?] AsRock z87 Extreme 4 ; Intel z87 So. 1150 8Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600 DIMM [is this necessary? or can i go with for example ballistix sport] 1000Gb Seagate Desktop (7200rpm) HDD 250Gb Samsung 840 Evo series SSD Corsair Hydro Series H80i 750W Corsair CX Series modular cables and some dvd/cd rom drive What do you think about it? Also if you have some suggestions for a suitable case, below ~100€, that would be amazing, nothing fancy. Thanks for your help Moritz

Yeah about the 4gb 770, sounds really nice but I won't be able to afford it though... So been browsing through motherboards, I still have no clue why some are more expensive than others. What's the difference between a H87 and a Z87?

Ok thanks. Is it important what bios is on the motherboard? I found a motherboard ASRock Z87 Extreme 4,how's that?

Hello guys, so the time has come and I need a new computer. I kind of know what's good and what's not, but not if the parts will work well together. I don't know if I will overclock, it really depends how fsx is running and what you guys can recommend. Also I have no idea of motherboards, what ram or cooler to take. What I know, is that my budget is at around ~1000€. And the parts I would like to have in it are : I7-4770k Nvidia GTX 770 1 TB harddrive for other stuff and a 250gb ssd for fsx Even those parts can be changed if you advise me to, I'm kind of a noob when it comes to pc parts right now. yeah thanks for your answers! I jut found out about sweetfx as well and tried to install it, but fsx crashes on startup, so right now I'm troubleshooting the problem. if you know a solution, please tell me

Hey Guys! So I got a new computer, everything set up correctly after Nickn's flightsim bible and kostas tweaks. Everything fine until I wanted to set up the enb with it. As soon as I put those three files into the fs folder and I load up the sim, the textures and graphics of the sim go blurry and with way less detail. I don't know what to do, if I disable the enb i get excellent graphics, but with it it's so less detail. MIght be little off topic of the pmdg 777, but as it is one of the addons I have, I thought I give it a shot. Is anyone able to help me out with this? I've just been starting my descent into Kuala Lumpur from Dubai, slightly good in time with that aircraft:D one thing I was wondering about is, why the/my chronometer starts counting u til 59, and then drops back to 0... Can I change it.?So its counting the whole flight time? Thanks for answers! Moritz
