Thank you Driver170! I am able to use PMDG 737X without any issues!!! I have been trying for 7 months to overcome this graphics problem and today I have managed to complete and record my first full without this graphics problem. Special thanks go to Angelo Cosma for the fix for this!!!!

Thanks, I have been using FS9 configurator for several years.. Great program but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be having an effect on the contrails for whatever reason.

Complete waste of time that was on my part!!!! Contrails pro was loaded into FS9 without any other add ons being installed and I am still getting the same crappy contrails!!! Back to the drawing board with this 1 :t0103:

Hi, I had been having problems with FS9 in the last few months, it would not load etc. but on the advice of some of the helpful members of this forum :Peace: I decided to install FS9 into the root directory, everything has been going great with this and all my add on aircraft, scenery and utilities loaded with ease except for 1 program FS CONTRAILS!! I had this program in my previous installation in the default folder for FS9 on windows 7 and it ran just fine, after about 30 attempts to load fs contrails I have had no luck with it. I have decided to put FS9 back into the default folder again to see if contrails pro will work there as it previously did. My question is this.... if I can get contrails pro to work in FS9 in the default folder, is it possible to move all my add ons back into FS9 from the other folder as I have not deleted any or do I have to download them again from the various websites that I purchased them from? Thanks. Gary

Thanks for your reply, it seems to be that the contrails pro textures are missing. It is only since I have installed everything to fs9 root directory that this problem has occurred.

I have been using this great program for a few years and really dont want to fly without it!! -_- Since a recent reinstall of FS9 I am slowly reinstalling my many add ons. I am having problems with contrails pro. I have downloaded the most recent program and it seems to go into FS9 ok but when I enable it in the modules folder on screen and start using FS9 all I am getting is the default FS9 contrails that are solid white and look terrible :( I have been on the developers forum flightsim tools but really not getting any result with this one. Can anyone help or any ideas on how to resolve this would be great :Idea: Thanks, Gary

It's great to see that Aerosoft have released what looks like terrific scenery for Dublin airport!! But it is only for fsx and not for fs9 here's hoping they do an fs9 version sometime soon.

Hi, Does anyone know the name of the program that handles AI traffic? I have recently got back to FS9 and I am keen to fly into busy airports like London Heathrow, I used to use a little freeware program that slowed AI traffic down but i forget the name of it. Does anyone know? Thanks

Cheers for the replys, I deleted all my addons so I will have to fetch them from various sites like Aerosoft etc. Really glad to be getting it back on hopefully as good as I had it in the last few years but if I need any help I will know where to turn to. Thanks for everyone's help!! I took the plunge and deleted all my addons and do a fresh install of FS9, things weren't going well as FS9 refused to load after about 5 reinstalls into the root directory. In the meantime I downloaded a files & registry clean up program and a short time ago I attempted to load FS9 and to my surprise it loaded!!! I have about 35 addons to go back in to FS9 in the coming days & probably weeks, now for a very important question for everyone. Should I keep FS9 in the root directory or should I move back into the default (x86) program files? The reason why I ask this is that I am worried that when I attempt to reinstall the addons something might not install properly. Thanks again to all

I installed FS9 into the root directory and it didn't work. I will uninstall everything connected to FS9 & then reinstall FS9 to see if it will load. Thanks again.

Hi, Thanks for your reply.. Yes I have tried to run it as administrator but didn't load.

I didn't uninstall any addons, hoping that I might be able to move them into the new FS9 folder but I guess I am going to have to do a complete uninstall & reinstall to get FS9 working again.

I uninstalled then reinstalled to the root drive (I think) still not loading although it shows to be running in the background on windows task manager! I tried loading active sky evolution but it alerted me to close down Fs9 before it could continue with a download of the current weather. Strange indeed.

Do I install FS9 to C:\Program files\Flight Simulator 9 or just C:\Flight Simulator 9. ?? Thanks

If I was to install FS9 directly to root drive and not to program files directory. Can I just move the addons over or is there more to it? I I know a certain amount about computers but not a whole lot as you have probably gathered. All my addons are still on my system. Thanks again

Just done a second re-install of FS9 and still the problem exists. I noticed a warning when I start my computer... It reads " there was a problem starting C:\Program files (x86)\Conduit\CT3306061\plugins\TBVerifier.dll" could this be something to do with FS9 failing to load at all? Thanks everyone for they're help so far. Gary
