  1. Hi! I have flown on the jumpseat of a Q400 and a 737, and as a passenger in the 777 and 757. As far as the Q400 and the 737 go, I can definitely vouch for the realism, though I wasn't the one controlling the aircraft.
  2. Whew. I was going to upgrade from my AXE to this one today, but I saw this before I did. I'll hold off till they fix these issues.
  3. My top 5 would be: Majestic Q400 PMDG 737NGX PMDG 777-200LR/F Aerosoft Airbus X Extended (Not for realism but it's an excellent aircraft either way) Captain Sim 757 I really LOVE the Q400 from Majestic. They really nailed it with that one.
  4. One thing you should note is that FSX is more Processor intensive than Graphics card intensive. You should definitely get a great processor on the PC. Preferably an i5 with 3.5GHZ or above.
  5. I recently got into flying the Majestic Q400, and I have flown the real Q400 quite a few times in regional airlines. I have always noticed a weird (But pleasing) sound when the nosewheel touches the ground on landing. Kind of like a PTU, but not quite. Does anyone know what is is? (Bonus: If you have a video/mp3 file of the sound, please leave it down below. I love it! Thanks!)
  6. I recently Updated my laptop to Windows 8.1 (64Bit) and FSX has been crashing since. The only addons I have installed are the PMDG 737NGX, Aerosoft Airbus X Extended, and FSDreamTeam GSX. My PC Specs are Posted Below: Processor: AMD A8 4500M Quad core 1.9GHZ, Turbo Boost to 2.86GHZ Ram: 8GB 6MB L3 Cache Graphics: AMD Radeon HD7640G + HD7670M Dual Graphics, Dedicated Video memory is 2560MB Normally, When starting up, i am able to pull about 40FPS on direct X 9 mode. But it crashes to desktop within about 5 minutes. Direct X 10 mode allows it to stop crashing, but the FPS reduces to about 10-15. I have tried the UIAutomationCode.dll fix, and that did not work for me. I have even reinstalled FSX and that did not help either. Please help me out!
