Dear Dave, My issue isn't really for this forum, but I couldn't find a way to contact you on the P2A website. I've been using P2A for many years with great pleasure (first V2 and then V3). This week, after many years, I had to replace my PC with a new one. I was able to transfer the P2A_3 program to the new PC using an external storage device. But now, of course, the program is asking for the registration key. And I no longer have that code, nor do I have your email address anymore. How can we resolve this problem? I'd rather not publish my email address here. My name is Jean-Claude d'Hondt. You always respond very quickly, so I hope I won't have to go too long without P2A. I suddenly had this problem yesterday, too. My solution: I simply reinstalled the latest update (0.2.2A) and, lo and behold, everything works perfectly again. Regards

@Dave Thanks for your feedback, Dave. I'll follow your instructions and get back to you if I still have this problem. I just find it strange that everything works perfectly up until and including the takeoff approval. And this happened on my last two departures (LSGG and LGKR). Regards

@Dave I've been a user and fan of Pilot2ATC for many years. I'm currently using version Pilot2ATCv3 Update_EarlyAccess_0.1.2 (Windows 10, X-Plane 11). Occasionally, a problem arose, but the excellent support team was always able to resolve it. Now I have another problem that I haven't been able to eliminate despite numerous attempts: Up until and including takeoff, the dialog with the controller works perfectly. Until now, I was assigned to a new frequency after takeoff. But now after takeoff, ATC remains silent. A radio check just says I'm on the wrong frequency. But I haven't received any new instructions from ATC. I don't hear anything from ATC for the rest of the flight. What could be causing this? Sorry for the hassle, and thank you for your feedback. @Dave As a long-time P2A user, I downloaded the new version 3 today. For now as a trial. Congratulations on this work; everything looks great. Unfortunately, I now have to report a problem: After starting the program a few times, it now freezes. Even when I start it as administrator. I have no idea why. What could be the reason?
