Hello, I believe the idea of having an open source set of 3D files for making bezels is a great idea but should be made by the community. The datas are out there (screen size and resolution, bezel size etc.). Now the fact that it should be free for everyone only depends on the creator of the files. I guess it would have to be a community effort.

I bought the G1000 trainer (King Air version) and I would provide it to Jean-Luc should he be interested. I'm also highly interested in a higher end avionic suite than just the G500/600 (don't mistake me here, they're very good products already). TXi versions would be already a better thing to pay for.

Re bonjour @RXP, after carefully reading your posts, here are the information you requested: 1) The trainer runs totally fine in standalone mode. 2) I installed the full package on my computer (G500/600, TXi, GTNs) 3) All entries at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\ are named nvoglv64 (OpenGLDriverName) and nvoglv32 (OpenGLDriverNameWoW). 4) The file you have mentionned does not exist after a full search on my system SSD. Should you need an extraction of my registry or any other information, feel free to let me know. I will investigate now that the weekend has finally come ! Bonjour Jean-Luc, I do confirm the presence of the library IOP_B.DLL. I own a 980Ti, 416.34. I was initially using two screens on the same video card before updated to the latest GTN trainer and plugin, then switch to using my Intel HD4600. I though that was the reason for this problem but it turns out it is not (the same problem occurs when only using my two screens on my 980Ti). The "Themes" service is still runing. I am only using the classic theme available from the personalize settings. The problem still occurs when using the Aero theme. Feel free to let me knoiw if you want me to run more test. I will try a few things on my side when time allows. Take care.

Hello Jean-Luc @RXP, I recently bought Please allow me to bring this topic back to life. I have been waiting for a long long time for anyone capable of it out there to create a possibile link between the G1000 trainer and XP. Or any realistic replica of the G1000. To be specific, I'm building a G1000 retrofit B200 simulator and I was (just like many of us) waiting for the Laminar G1000 which got me a bit disapointed. Its limits are reached rapidly when it comes to cockpit integration and realism (graphics especially). I do own a G1000 B200 trainer software (v13.02) and this is probably the kind of realism I'm looking for. My questions are the following: what are your plans for the future after releasing the G500/600 ? Another question I have is about updating GTN databases using real files. I do have access to current databases I wanna use for training puporses in my sim. Can you be specific and clear this out whether or not it is possible to update the trainer databases using G1000 databases files for exemple. Are they compatible or do I need files specifically conceived for the GTN 650/750 ? What would be the process to update them if I get access to the proper files ? Merci par avance. Take care.
