  1. Come visit some amazing bush strips in Papua New Guinea along the famous WW2 Kokoda Track where the Aussies stopped the Japanese advance to the south. Try your hand at landing & taking-off from these sloping, short strips set on mountain tops or in deep valleys. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  2. Sorry cannot help. In my case an aircraft bought from the MSFS Marketplace (Staggerwing) appeared in the Content Manager but not in the Sim. Tried all the commonly known obvious things (as mentioned above) but no luck. Then went to Zendesk and tried all sorts of things from them over several days, some quite complicated, but no luck. They finally gave me a refund. Had bought so uch from the Marketplace before this. Now nervous to buy anything else from the Marketplace. Sorry this does not help you. Cheers.
  3. Come with me to visit historic Archerfield airfield just outside Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, once the main airfield for Brisbane, now its main GA airfield. Learn about its WW2 and pre-WW2 history, and about some of the famous people who have passed through it. Also, enjoy a tour of Brisbane city center and the famous Gold Coast just south of Brisbane. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  4. WW2 word not allowed submarine (U-Boat) factory Bunker Valentine was supposed to produce the best-ever word not allowed submarine, but it came too late in the war. Despite its top secrecy, the Allies knew all about it and bombed it in Mar 1945 just before it became operational.. The airfields in the UK, from which the bombers came, are now ghost airfields. We will look at them, & other ghost airfields, from a Spitfire, as well as look at Bunker Valentine itself. Cheers. Hope you enjoy.
  5. Come visit part of the scenic Solomon Islands, recently upgraded in MSFS, which played a key part in WW2, including earning future President JFK medals for heroism. Visit Munda & Gizo airfields in the beaut freeware DC3. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  6. Come visit former WW2 airfields in Montana, USA, now heritage-listed, where Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress bomber crews undertook their final training in navigation, bombing & gunnery, including use of the top-secret Norden bombsite. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  7. Come visit notable airports & sights in India, the world's fastest growing economy & aviation sector. With aviation growing faster than China & attracting manufacturing from China, India is on the move. Come visit a selection of notable scenic, "table-top" & large airports in India as well as some other important local sights. This video is Part 2 of 2. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  8. Thanks for the heads-up. Looks great. Off to get it now. Cheers.

  10. Come with me to my home airfield IRL, YTYA Tyabb, Melbourne, Australia, well depicted in MSFS with freeware, and see if you like the Jacobson Flare method of landing as much as I do. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  11. Come visit the world's lowest airport (in Israel) & the world's highest airport (in Tibet) in the beaut Waco YMF-5 open-cockpit, bi-plane by Carenado. See some of the surrounding areas & learn a bit about their geography & history. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  12. Come learn about the outstanding Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter aircraft, and its just as outstanding global manufacturing process. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  13. YouTuber Missionary Bush Pilot video of 24 Feb 2023 shows a challenging, scenic flight in his Kitfox to a couple of remote airstrips in Arizona, USA. Here we replicate the flight, but we take YouTuber Trent Palmer's Kitfox because it's better & because it's available as a very nice payware aircraft in MSFS. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  14. On 4 August 2018 a Junkers JU52 aircraft operation by JU-Air crashed in the Swiss Alps while undertaking a sight-seeing tour. The flight was operated by 2 very experienced pilots, both ex-Air Force & ex-Airlines, who had flown the route numerous times before over many years, & the weather was fine, & there was no mechanical failure of the aircraft. So, how could such a thing happen? Stay tuned. Hope you find it interesting. Cheers.
  15. A Pacific Southwest Boeing 727 Airliner & a Cessna 172 collided mid-air near Lindbergh Field, San Diego in September 1978. The Boeing was on downwind to land & the Cessna was completing ILS practice. All on board the aircraft died, along with some on the ground. The aircraft were destroyed, along with houses on the ground. As is common, there was a chain of events leading to the disaster, but one stands out on its own. Come see how such a thing can happen. Hope you find this interesting. Cheers.
  16. Welcome back. You’ll love MSFS - few probs at the start, but now getting better and better. I got mine direct from MS and relatively few probs. Cheers.
  17. Come join me in the recently updated Spitfire to Narvik in remote North Norway and see how the Allies beat Germany, for the fist time, in 1940, albeit only for a short time. Learn how the Battle of Norway/Narvik led to so many other military firsts. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  18. The collision of two Boeing 747 "Jumbo" airliners on the single runway of the main airport on the island of Tenerife, Canary Islands, in 1977, remains the world's worst-ever aviation disaster in terms of the number of people who died. Come with me in MSFS and see how the disaster unfolded through a series of unfortunate events. Hope you find it interesting. Cheers.
  19. Australia is a relatively flat country, but its highest mountains, the Snowy Mountains, are beautiful to tour & fly over. In this video we visit, in summer, Australia's highest airstrips & sealed-runway airport (with airport charts) & Australia's highest mountain, Mt Kosciuszko. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  20. Come visit KCLE Cleveland Hopkins International Airport in Cleveland, Ohio, USA & learn its surprising history of aviation firsts. Enjoy the ride in a DC-3 & a side visit to Cleveland City & its lake-side airport KBKL Burke Lakefront (a bit like the old Chicago Meigs Field). Hope you enjoy.
  21. In this video we replicate YouTuber Missionary Bush Pilot's flight from KPGA Page Municipal, Arizona, to backcountry Fry Canyon & Eagle City , Utah, in his new Kitfox, adding some extra sights of our own along the way. We take YouTuber Trent Palmer's "FreedomFox" Kitfox which is available in the MSFS Store. We fly across Lake Powell & along the Colorado River, across the Arizona - Utah border, with absolutely stunning scenery. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  22. Come visit Outer Banks, Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, & Huffman Prairie, Dayton, Ohio, where the Wright Brothers conducted the world's first successful sustained powered flight & produced the world's first practical aeroplane. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
  23. Hi xxd09. It is not in MSFS as an airport, and there is no freeware or payware. I had to find it in Google Earth and then mark it on the World Map in MSFS. Fortunately, the photoscenery in MSFS is so good that you can make out the airstrip. Cheers.
  24. Are you a fan of YouTuber Missionary Bush Pilot and his incredible flights in a Kodiak in Papua New Guinea? Well, he has moved to Kingman, Arizona, USA & purchased a Kitfox for outback/backcountry flying. Come see his first adventure replicated in MSFS. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.
