The Blue Sky Star sound pack for this does really transform it!  It's not just a replacement engine pack, like TSS, it's more of a replacement sound engine for the plane.   Every switch now has it's correct sound, and there's passenger boarding sounds, airport sounds, etc.    Really brings this old one to life!
