May 28, 200323 yr Commercial Member Gents-As you know, PMDG adheres strictly to a policy that eliminates release dates from the development cycle process. We do this in order not to set artificial barries to product completion, and to reduce the number of times we may disappoint potential customers by moving our release schedule. In other words- we'll stop developing when we feel the product is ready for you to use!Rather than post a release date, we traditionally give you periodic updates on our progress. We do this via screen captures or posts such as this one, to tell you how things are going. We leave you to draw your own conclusion as to how close we are to releasing! We are about to cross a significant distance marker in the development of BOEING 737: The Next Generation 600/700.Within days (possibly even tomorrow!) we will end the alpha testing cycle and move the airplane to the beta testing team for quality control, validation and fit testing. The team has been assembled and is eagerly awaiting access to the airplane...We are comfortable that we have eliminated most of the major bugs and problems with the airplane- and I am putting together a major ALPHA update to fit all the various pieces together for the first time. if this goes well- we'll move on to beta testing- and it is our hope that the bet atesters will be satisfied with the airplane after only some minor oversight fixes and error corrections...We'll keep you posted as to how it is going- and I'm sure you'll see some feedback here in the forum from our testing team! May 29, 200323 yr i say another 4 t 6 weeks and it will be in our hands ;-) I7-10700F RTX 3070 32 Gig Ram
May 29, 200323 yr I would have to say sooner than that. If they give the beta testers and almost flawless aircraft with say just a few nitpicky bugs here and there, I don't see why it would need to be in a beta test stage for up to 6 weeks. Eric
