Ryan - It's no problem at all. Much safer then when your parents hand their credit card to some guy in a restaurant who disappears with it for a while :-) . They don't have any liability at all in the event someone "steals" the number via the internet. If they are really concerned, ask them to check with Visa Customer Service (800-807-3068) and ask about the fraud exemption for internet purchases. They are completely protected.Doug

Hi PMDG Team,i just purchased the 737NG, when i got my receipt of the invoice, I should click on "Click here to finish transaction".I clicked on it and got "server not found", I tried it several times but still the same. I also didn't get any email with further instructions.On the invoice receipt it says transaction approved.Please help me.If you need more information, please email me.Udo

Udo,I can't tell you right now if the transaction has been made as I do not have access to the e-commerce system at the moment. Do not purchase the product again.The confirmation e-mail should come in your e-mail soon. There have been other users where it just took a little longer for the e-mail to arrive.Send an e-mail to [email protected] in the mean time and describe your problem. If the e-mail does not arrive, the support team will help you out.And don't worry, we will not bill you twice.
