I was going to post that I give up. I'm having the same problem. The pitch keeps climbing to about 15 and like you said the plane is bouncing up and down like crazy. I sure can't fly this plane. So I'm going to bed.

Klaus-Couple of items for you:1) Please email me privately what a description of what you did to "fix gauges.ini" yourself. Gauges.ini is a critical piece in the performance of the airplane- so I need ot validate what you may have done here.2) The installer should install everything without a problem. I would recommend that you run the REMOVER (Available at our site) and reinstall from scratch... (redownload the SU1- we have replaced it with a newer version...)3) Can you confirm for me that you have not replaced EITHER your aircraft.cfg or your .air files? The time/date stamp on the most recent versions of these files are:AIRCRAFT.CFG 8/03/03 00:11B737-700.AIR 08/01/03 18:19Let me know please!

Hope they will be able to help you soon i sure can't just bought the plane a few hours back..I did one flight that lasted 2 hours and i didn't experience this kind of problem and i did install the patch ?

http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/28051.jpgthat was the error message, when i tried to install su1 for fs 2004. for fs 2002 all procedures were wirking fine :-)

Klaus-I had received the exact same error message. The problem was that I ran the install of the "updated" SU1 directly over the "original" SU1 update. Once I went back and ran the remove program, then ran the original base installer and then ran the "updated" SU1 everything went well.Give this a try.Regards,Phil Lankford

Hi Robert.I used the remover and did a clean install. I'm not having any error messages. Just the problem with the 700 shaking and the trim going all the way up to 15. Can't level out at target altitude. Once it reaches the target altitude it pitches up to 10000+ then stalls. I really like your plane; I just wish I could use it. The Aircraft.cfg is the right date and same with the air file. I'm using it in FS2004

I had a similar control issue this morning, which was the first time I ever saw this. Retrimming the plane eliminated this condition. Take a look at your trim setting. Mine was way outta spec. I was able to t/o without touching the yoke which was my first clue something was amiss. I reset the trim to about 5 and everything smoothed out. See if that helps.

Thats just it. I reset the trim to around 5 and it moves slowly back to 15.

Well, then I suggest it

No it's not my joystick. I also disabled my CH Yoke, and used the keyboard. Same problem. And that doesn

The autopilot is trying to compensate for the out of trim airplane. When the autopilot is disengaged, the plane will nose up due to the trim setting and forward pressure on the yoke is needed to try and keep the nose down. Your problem is being worked.

Thank you Pete.

FYI: This is the 'Noise' issue Robert has been speaking of and is noted in the read-me. The effect is the autopilot moving into a unstable mode after the noise has been introduced. As mentioned, just disable and re-enable a/p and things smooth out.George
