I was able to get the download started but it just produced any empty zip file. I ams using the DAP Download Accel and had virus off.Any thoughts?Tom

Yes - I have the same problem. Very frustrating as it takes forever to get on to the server, then all I have is a zero bytes ZIP file.I have DAP 5.3.9.6.Please help.Graeme

Gents-In both cases this would indicate that you lost your connection to the server after the connection was initiated- but before the download started...We had to cycle the allowed connections up and down a few times tonight so that would clearly bump you off if we dropped it in order to run something on the server...Give it a try- but if you got an empty file I'd suggest you delete it before re-attempting the download... it'll save you some aggravation!RSR

It is not just a "cycle" because I have had it happen to me multiple times both today and yesterday. Each time it finally starts to download it ends and creates a file that contains 0kb. Has anyone actually been able to download SU2 with DAP?Jeremy

Robert - please don't delete my post because I proved you wrong! At the time you wrote your message above I had my e-mail well over 36 hours. I asked whether I was dealing with a different PMDG. I love the way posts are altered in this forum.
