February 23, 200422 yr After completeing the first leg of ANY flight with the NG, it seems that when on the next leg of the flight the takeoff warning sounds EVERY time.Ok before you start telling me to check this and check that... I do no different then when on the first flight. This only occurs AFTER the first flight. Everything is in it correct configuration.( Just like in the first flight). So what is going on here. Its nothing new. It just took me a while to see the pattern so I could describe it here. The ONLY way to get it to stop Is to RELOAD..ANd that is not cool.Thanks. Peter Osborn
February 23, 200422 yr HiI have also experienced this but I have not seen the pattern. Thanks for bringing it up.Hope we get som kind of explanation.//Anders
February 24, 200422 yr Hmmmm, no problem here. I can fly all day to several airports without an aural warning unless I'm out of config. Check that your stab trim is in the green band and that your spoilers are stowed. Are you flying full auto landings? If you don't disconnect the AP at touchdown, it'll trim full nose up and this could be your warning.JohnBoeing 727/737 Mechanichttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpg
February 24, 200422 yr Author Yes the trim is all set...Perhaps its the spoilers... I notice they "auto" retract during the taxi into the gates the moment thrust is applied.I'll try to mannually do this next flight.Thank you Peter Osborn
February 24, 200422 yr I had this happen to me yesterday. Flew Adelaide- Melbourne no problem. But when attempting take-off from Melbourne back to Adelaide. I got that warning. The flight wasnt restarted. I used checklists and I still got it. I taxied back to the gate and tried again. February 24, 200422 yr hello all..this topic has come up already a couple of times in this forum... a search may give you some more info...seemed however that running the loadmanager solves this problem... did you add a new livery without running the loadmanager afterwards ? just run the LM and let us know if this solves your problem ?b rdgs Dick=
