After you move the throttle levers to IDLE PUSH THE F1 button at 50 RA. That will make sure you are at idle. Also please check you throttle calibration (slider for throttle) because many of us beta guys had to rte calibrate.[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Well Guys,I've read this post before I got the -800/900.So when I encountered the problem with the spoilers, I rememberedthis topic. Now my problem is: I dont use any external throttle, just asimple Sidewinder and the keyboard. The buggy thing is the spoilers get stucked sometime, and even when set to 'Armed', the green display 'Armed Spoilers'dont work, and when it illuminates, they're not armed.Worse, they sometime get kind of stucked on some unknown positionand this just make me impossible to aplly full thrust, becauseof the loud alarm, the same you get when the parking brake is set. When inflight, if I use the spoilers, they dont go back toarmed position, they go back to mormal 'up'.Can anyone confirm the 4armed Spoilers' light function correctly?Regards,Arnaud Solvay

Arnaud; You are describing the same problem I outlined in my original post in this thread. Clearly, the spoiler arming state control is not bulletproof...it can easily be confused...and I've duplicated it a bunch of times. During testing I verified that my throttle inputs were idle by running FSLook and monitoring the throttle positions via the FSUIPC offsets...they were at 0, and the PFC driver utility provided double verification. Sorry guys...this is not an AT issue, or a throttle calibration issue. 'tis a bug.RegardsBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Washington, D.C.
