May 13, 200422 yr :-lol - me too, but I don't have an excuse like you! :)Theres no point filling it in.. its only for AI traffic so they park at the correct spots as defined in AFCAD files :) Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers

May 13, 200422 yr If I read the question correctly - my understanding from the manual is that the gate info in the FMC is only used by the IRS, and because the intertial system isn't currently available (assumed it's always aligned), the gate info (and the pos init) do not matter.
June 28, 200421 yr I'm not sure if this is related, but I was wondering if there is a way to get the FS ATC to recognize the proper airline when flying the 737NG. It seems that when I fly to any airport ATC wants to park my aircraft at some other spot instead of the proper gate as indicated on the AFCAD file. All of my AI traffic park in the right spots. I tried using the aircraft editor in the AFCAD program, but that doesn't seem to work. Is there a solution or is this just yet another FS9 limitation? Any help would be appreciated.v/rTodd Hontz ATP MEL Commercial SEL B-747, BE-300, BE-400, DHC8, ERJ 170/190, MU-300 C-17A Globemaster III
June 29, 200421 yr G'Day Todd.. what you have said is related to what the original post was about. For some reason PMDG didnt put the gate codes in. So you will be directed to any gate rather than a gate designated for an airline. Cheers,RyanProfessional Coffee Drinker/BAe146 DriverAircraft Maintenance Engineer
June 29, 200421 yr I see...so the AFCAD aircraft editor is no good? Oh well, I'll just ignore ATC and park where I need to. Thanks for the info.v/rTodd Hontz ATP MEL Commercial SEL B-747, BE-300, BE-400, DHC8, ERJ 170/190, MU-300 C-17A Globemaster III
