July 4, 200421 yr Commercial Member Captains-I am happy to tell you that we have just made the 737-800/900 PaintKits available via the download center.Also- with this release, I feel compelled to issue an apology: These kits were supposed to be released on 04MAY04.... But as a result of a minor error on my part, they were never activated in the download center....So, I have updated the releases and made them available for you as of today...Is this the right time to mumble something about "better late than never?"Have fun with the painkits... July 5, 200421 yr Author Commercial Member Matt-Well if you'd start a bit sooner on the next one, I'll get ours out earlier... :-)http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/flush.gif Robert S. Randazzo PLEASE NOTE THAT PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at: http://forum.pmdg.com
July 5, 200421 yr Author Commercial Member Thomas-Might not be for a few weeks. I have an extremely full plate at the moment, so liveries do not get much priority...They take quite a bit of time to build, which is surprising given their size... Robert S. July 5, 200421 yr When I make a repaint, am I allowed to combine textures made by PMDG and textures made by myself? (because I am painting an aircraft with another fuselage but with the same tail, engines etc)
July 6, 200421 yr Are you asking if you can release a livery with parts from a downloaded paint from the PMDG site? Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers

July 6, 200421 yr Oh, I see. I'm sorry, but I'm not willing to allow any textures I've been painted to be used by anyone else. Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers
July 6, 200421 yr Sorry - but what an absolute crock of .....What is the loss if your tail, engine textures appear on a PMDG bird with someone elses fuselage? All that should be asked is that recognition be given in the credits.Strikes me that everyone would gain by having more varieties of the same airline available for download.Andy b Andy Brockbank
