March 20, 200521 yr Looks to me like iFDG's model. Also, is that guy part of the team? Image Coming... KregE | B757/767 FO
March 20, 200521 yr I don't know about the model, but the panel is really looking awesome. Can't wait to fly this big bird! And yes that 'guy' is part of the PMDG-team, he's called Bill Grabowski ;-)
March 20, 200521 yr Commercial Member Volker et al...I need to be very clear on the following points:1) The screenshots provided in that expose do not depict a PMDG product. The screenshots depict Bill and Michael's MD-11 project priort to the time that they joined forces with PMDG to enhance the strength of their development agenda, and vice a versa.2) Since the time Bill and Mike have joined PMDG, there have been no alpha versions issued by PMDG, nor will there be in the immediate future. Currently nearly all PMDG talent is addressed to the completion of the 744.3) Currently there is not an active beta team for the MD-11. PMDG has an existing core beta team that is in place and functioning to support us with all existing products. We are examining how to integrate some beta team members from Bill and Michael's team of testers that existed prior to their joining PMDG.To that end- let me explain the following: PMDG uses temas of technical advisors (individuals experienced with the aircraft being modeled) and beta testers (individuals who have good simulation experience that can help us to trouble shoot the sim/software itself.) Some individuals from the MD-11 team are being invited to join the technical advisory team- and others will receive invitations to join the beta team. This airplane is still quite a ways from entering beta testing, however- so those invitations are still a long way off...At PMDG we will be making a decision as to whether to operate to distinctly different beta teams, or to intergrate them into one larger team. No decision has been made as of this time.In the mean time- any images you see that are not posted by PMDG- are not representative of the PMDG product. Robert S. Randazzo PLEASE NOTE THAT PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at: http://forum.pmdg.com
