Finally, on the 2nd shot, should the APP light be out?

>Finally, on the 2nd shot, should the APP light be out?I think you probably meant the 1st shot - it is out on the 2nd one.Well, the 744 manual says that this light is ON whenever APP is armed or actvive, so perhaps it should be ON.Michael J.

Is the panel in "Zoom" mode like the 737 or is that the default?-Don

Only 13.2 fps with ATI X800 XL 256Mb ??????????????????????Oppps :-(

>Only 13.2 fps with ATI X800 XL 256Mb ??????????????????????>>Oppps :-( Yeah -- he has Ultimate Terrain -- that'll kill any system. My system is even better than that and my FPS gets killed over that terrain. Now if he had Simflyers CYYZ loaded it'd probably be an FPS of . . . . 5. LOL.

>>Yeah -- he has Ultimate Terrain -- that'll kill any system. I have been beta testing UT USA. Your statement is partially correct - if you enable the special night scenery then it can be tough on FPS. However I don't see any particular hit on FPS while using the normal UT daytime features (roads, rivers, shorelines, landclass, etc.).Michael J.WinXP-Home SP2,AMD64 3500+,Abit AV8,Radeon X800Pro,36GB Raptor,1GB PC3200,Audigy 2http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/747400.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_beta_member.jpg

Yeah I forgot to mention I have everything enabled in my particular case and all sliders maxed. :-) Coming in on Megascenery New Yourk with Aerosoft Manhatten right there and Simflyers JFK loaded, while making the approach in the PPS Concorde is a crazy situation with everything maxed LOL.Actually in THAT case it's that Aerosoft Manhatten -- that thing is bloody intensive.

The pics are incredible!Cant wait until this package is released!Regards,Melissa

I know this, I'm an aeronautical engineer and my degree thesis was on low-visibility landing systems, so I've some knowledge on this matter, but he stated LAND3 in CYYZ, so I suppose he was testing the autoland with the 3 a/ps engaged down to an alert height of 50 ft.

HiI was just wondering if during autoland, with bus tie breakers 1, 2, and 3 open, the message

What do you think ;-)
Randy J. Smith
