August 4, 200520 yr Hi. I had a problem where i clicked validate and then the installer closed. Im am using Norton Anti virus which i had previously closed down using CTRL+ALT+DEL and then end processes. But Norton was still blocking it and this is why it were happening. August 4, 200520 yr Vin,So what is the issue with non validation? I've been trying for almost 2 days now.Do we need new exe's, is it a server issue, incomplete orders, or what? Jeff D. August 4, 200520 yr In my case, (and even as I wait for reply from PMDG still), I saw on another post at flightsim.com, that changing your password on the PMDG Ecommerce page, does the trick. Log on to PMDG, change your password and run the installer. It seems to work!Regards,Marcelo
