November 29, 200520 yr Hi,I downloaded the service pack and it said that my current 747 version does not support the update. So I unistalled PMDG747 and tried to renistall/validate but nothing happens. I type in order number and password then the validation screen just disappears. This makes me feel very nervous because now I don't have the Queen anymore. COuld someone please help.RegardsTristan

November 29, 200520 yr Make sure you enter the correct information in the required lines, such as email used when purchasing, order number, and password used to login into your PMDG e-commerce account. I did the same thing, downloaded the patch when it was available, tryed installing, had to completely uninstall, reinstalled then waited for the PMDG site to come back online and it worked. I now have version 1.1.All I have to say to PMDG is AMAZING!!!Edited for spelling. Luis Rios
