Can't validate and reinstall!

Hi,I downloaded the service pack and it said that my current 747 version does not support the update. So I unistalled PMDG747 and tried to renistall/validate but nothing happens. I type in order number and password then the validation screen just disappears. This makes me feel very nervous because now I don't have the Queen anymore. COuld someone please help.RegardsTristan

The site is off line at the moment.

You'll have to wait until the server is back online. Then the validation will work.

Cheers,I checked pmdg site after I wrote this post, so I figured out that was the reason. SHould I delete the current update I downloaded? Tristan

Hey guys I tried validating and installing again but I still can't do it. Same problem, when I press validate nothing happens. I checked and the PMDG site is up and running. What's going on? Tristan

Make sure you enter the correct information in the required lines, such as email used when purchasing, order number, and password used to login into your PMDG e-commerce account. I did the same thing, downloaded the patch when it was available, tryed installing, had to completely uninstall, reinstalled then waited for the PMDG site to come back online and it worked. I now have version 1.1.All I have to say to PMDG is AMAZING!!!Edited for spelling.
