I have read in the FCOM and observed that in overhead section there is a Crew alerts system. However when I follow the instructions in the manual I don't hear any announcements or communications at all. Any specific steps to make this work or the announcements are not heard in the flight deck ?? Thanks Carlos :-hmmm

Bump...I have read in previous posts that the crew communications have not been represented on the PMDG MD-11. However, the systems manual lends to the possibility. Anybody had a chance to dive into this system?JW

Last I read was PMDG leaves the cabin stuff to others. I have not tried FSCrew yet, but Brian York was active member of the beta team and as a product for the MD11... maybe you can look at that product to see if it delivers what you hope for.
