May 19, 200323 yr RobI'm running DirectX 9a on Win98SE without any trouble. I think it was the DirectX 8.2 shipped with CFS3 that caused some problems with SB/MP. Hope you'll sort this outPS. I'm guessing the spyware.com link on the 'about' tab is giving me a clue here ;-)Doesn't worry me as I run Ad Aware on the first of every month. May 19, 200323 yr Sorted.I removed and un/reinstalled my sound card, installed direct x 9a, un/reinstalled rw, virus scanned, updated sound drivers....and Bob's your uncle. Which of these fixed the problem I dont know, but it closes now without crashing FS.Thanks to all.Rob...and now I hear there is a new voice app coming...yay!
