I agree. I appreciate the effort, but I could never fly the panel like that.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Well I tried it and really it ain't that bad, but I did have serious A/P control issues, I am not convinced that the gauges are the only problem.....[h5]Best Wishes,Randy J. Randy,I can confirm the A/P problem, more specific: intercepting and following the glideslope. Localiser seems to work fine.Aerosoft MCP works fine.Kind regards,Stephan Haashttp://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...or=SVA1&a=a.jpg

I can confirm some problems too After intensive testing... Automated flight seems to be OK. There is a little steep reaction of F/D pitch command. May be usefull to set less elevator trim effectivity. In general all the controls seems to be more effective than before. I can notice occasional strange rudder heratic activity too. But this can be easy solved by settings in flight tunning section, I hope.(have set rudder effectivity to high number now for example...)I have no problem with Localiser and Glideslope capture. Even in heavy crosswind and turbulent conditons flies ILS very nice. Microsoft fixed problem with ILS - default Aircrafts fly ILS better now. (Even Dreamfleet B737 flies ILS as never before! - same problem with gauges - I Had to use same ugly solution with undocked window)There is a little problem with autoland too. Aircraft flaring so far from treshold. It depends on new MS ILS settings, I think.FS2K4 Added a lot of new settins to aircraft.cfg especialy to autopilot section. Let`s try to play with...A/T is last problem I have noticed. Sometimes goes to Iddle but it happens in FS2K2 too. (after swithing to some 3d parties like FSNavigator...) And A/P manual throttle inhibition setting have no effect now.One other word is an evidence about amazing great job of PIC developement team. Their wonderfull baby can fly through three simulators! Is impossible to say PIC 767 good bye! Does somebody know about some better addon? So many thanks PIC team again! I wish PIC 767 long live with hope of soon patch release -:)RegardsMartin Behounek (LKPR)

>Why it realy works!!! Flyes gently and nice, all systems work>OK.>Must use some tricks. See the picture below: >Martin Behounek (LKPR)>Question to Martin,In my opinion the FMC doen not work. I'm getting the FMC and I can only see the screen behind it. There is no text in the FMC.Am I missing something?Hans v.d. Dungen

Hans,FMC works in ugly undocked window only... Same problem. But works properly, like in FSK2 does.RegardsMartin

I will definitely go out and get FS2004. I want the extras they've included. I want the weather, the GPS, the ATC improvements, etc. However, I have no problem keeping FS2002 on my system. I've got big hard drives. It won't bother me too much, not when it means I'll still be able to fly PIC and the DF734. It isn't a perfect solution, but it's a working solution nonetheless.I enjoyed being a member of the FS2002 beta team for PIC and hope that the guys give me a call for the next version of the 767. Until then, I'm not throwing out the baby with the bathwater. I'm just playing the cards I've been dealt.

Hi Wallace,This will probably sound like a stupid question, but what do you mean exactly when you say that FS2004 does not support multi monitors in non windowed mode? I use two monitors so to understand this issue is rather important to me.Thanks,Leo Bakker

Leo,Non-windowed mode is also known as full-screen mode and is set by pressing ALT+ENTER. It seems that panels cannot be undocked when in that mode. However, I've never liked that mode and I'm sure that panels can still be undocked in wndowed mode. I don't have FS2004 yet but perhaps someone with two displays could undock a panel in windowed mode and then press ALT+ENTER and see what happens to it.Cheers,

Ray,You are correct. In full screen, the "undock" text is grayed out. So the pieces of panel can only be undocked after pressing ALT+ENTER, ie. in the windowed mode, where the "undock" is again available.MS calls this an enhancement in multimonitor support... LOLTero

This is true in FS2002 for me. I cannot undock if in full-screen mode.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

Ditto...

PIC767 is just too good! I will wait purchasing FS2004 until I hear some good news from Wade and the team regarding there 767 V2...

You guys will want to throw out FS2002 once you are in COF for one minute! COF is worth getting if it's only for flying Flight 1's 177 or MAAM'S B-25 and even Sai Marchetti's 260. I have both going, FS2002 for testing and PIC, but find myself awe struck by COF, it is really that good...[h5]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smith[/h5][h6]The Next Great one?
