How long is long haul?

What is considered a long haul flight? When trying to plan in the configuration manager, I would like to know if a flight from PHNL to KSAN is long haul or short haul? Flight is just under four and a half hours.

Im not sure exactly what classes as long-haul but I'm pretty sure that 4h30 doesnt. It would be classed as medium-haul I think. I would guess that long-haul is anything over about 6 hours.Im sure someone who knows ecactly what long-haul is will help you out.RegardsAndy S

- Your flight is not long haul- In the config manager, the box where you select "Long Haul" or "Short Haul" does not matter. As long as you load the correct fuel amount, you're good.- I'm pretty sure long haul is 6+ hours

If I'm not mistaken the long haul vs. short haul setting in the load manager does actually make a difference, albeit a slight one. The extra weight of long-haul related equipment and consumables is loaded accordingly.

Long haul in the 767 is the Condor Airlines flight DE4082 from EDDF-KLAS...11hr 30min, that is bloody long haul.

NZ85 from NZAA-VHHH was 11h 50m but it's now a B777 service.
