November 18, 200421 yr Can you run the Adaware program in Safe Mode? To start in safe mode, press the F8 key after the black DOS screen and before the Windows screen. It will open a DOS menu, use the arrow keys to move to Safe Mode, load, and see if the Adaware program runs. The only thing in my reg key for the Domains is (Default) REG_SZ and nothing under valuse. Try deleting anything else in this reg key manually.W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert

November 20, 200421 yr Author While reading the Microsoft SP2 site I noticed they mention a program called "Spybot Search & Destroy" and decided to give it a try... what do I had to loose? Besides with a name like that how could I fail? :-)Like before it detected some more stuff the other two I tried (Ad-Aware and Spybouncer) didn Regards, Hugo Bravo LPPT
November 27, 200421 yr It almost sounds like the ID you are logged in with does not have permissions to make changes. What Operating system are you running and what kind of internet connection do you have (cable, DSL, Dial modem)? That IP address resolves to connect.online-dialer.com. Perhaps do a search on that in your registry.Check your Add/remove Programs for it too.Jim
