I have a thought that those clouds are at the very edge of the cloud view distance and as you fly along they move in and out of that visual sphere.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support

Hi you need to set your 3D cloud percentage to 100% and/or turn off "render to texture" in FS display settings.. hope that helps!-Damian
