How do you randomize all features sky color and environment, 3d clouds all tabs etc....And whats the difference between sky color theme and sky color sets and random environment theme and/or random all under the environment category?Edit also when would one want to use weather influence instead of random, is this to be selected on the options menu with auto submit on?

Hi Joe,1. Choose the Random All theme.2. A Theme contains all textures, a set, just a specific texture group.3. If you wanted the textures chosen by the conditions at your departure airport. This is a development of the ICS feature from ASV.4. Hi Vic,No, the Random Theme just randomly chooses all your textures and with Auto Submit On, will automatically send them to FS04. But wouldn't you need textures sent to fs9 before the weather influence can work with the wx, and the textures initially submitted, in this case all random theme?EditI may sound stupid but i still don't understand it, Random all or Random (can be anything) theme or weather influence, i'm confused.2nd edit i guess i need to manually choose in as 6 graphics, select random all for every category?Seeing I always use flight plans should I simply use wx influence as per your tips in one of the pinned threads?

Hi Vic,Auto-submit themes (Wx Influenced in this case) override anything you do in the ASG interface.If the wx calls for tstorms (actually low air stability, possible high winds) an influence towards the more vertical/puffy and darker 3D clouds will be used.There are lots of random influences in Wx-Influenced selections, but the weather decides which direction to take it.In random, it is completely random, no bearing on wx conditions.You might want to take a quick look at the ASG.igs file (ModulesASGraphics) to see how the wx-influenced/IGS selection system works.FWIW there are no "Tstorm" sets. Tstorms are built within FS9 and use the same 3D cloud texture sets used by all cumulus clouds. We don't trigger anything based on Tstorm, but rather based on the air stability, wind speeds (ground and upper) and visibility. The .igs file might explain a lot here.Best,

Hi Joe,OK so now:In ASv6 Options, under Graphics put Auto Submit On. Then use those 2 browse buttons and choose the wx Influenced Themes. The names should end up in those windows. Ok Jim thanks,Basically i never need to go in asv graphics at all in this case unless i want to change sun sets and other environmental stuff, anything that has to do with clouds will auto generate based on the weather and it will choose its own predefined textures as per the wx?

I have a question regarding random, if for example I am flying in Hawaii, will there be more tropical looking and clearer skies than somewhere like Los Angeles?Also, if it is a full moon night, would the auto submit wx influenced give me darker skies?Thanks for this great product!
