After installing AS6 SP2, I get an error message as follows:"AS6 Error accessing internal components (Unencrypt step 1-, Please run the repaire option via the ASv6 setup.ext to replace required files."What is this?If I do run the "repair option" wiil it corrupt the sp2 install?

Hi,No it should hot harm SU2.I would imagine the error is due to anti-spyware removing the required chilkatzip2.dll file. The error is pretty clear there, the chilkatzip2.dll file is not found. What anti-spyware do you run?Feel free to email [email protected] for direct troubleshooting.Best,

Thanks for the replys. I don't think my AV removed any file.I'm running "E-Z Antivirus" from "Computer Associates."Perhaps it is a file that "Adaware" might remove?Anyway, I ran the repair and all seems OK. :)

I have the same problem, and I don't have adaware I do have Symantec AV and Firewall though. Can someone explain how I can fix this, I'm not sure what you mean by "full install"Thanks,Jeff
