Change to daylight time adds an hour between you and Greenwich, so I believe you should be Zulu+8 out there.

Hi,Actually, during Standard Time it's GMT - 8. During Daylight Savings Time it's GMT - 7 (now). You can always check the current correct offset value by looking in AS options (bottom left), assuming you have the default "Auto Timezone detection" option enabled.Best,
