I have tried that and still not working for me.

Hi All,Server is up. You may need to double check your firewall/anti-virus program. They may be reading ASv6.5 as a new program and you may need to mark this as an allowed program. Please let us know.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/

Not working for me either. Firewall is not the problem. I get a message indicating the download failed or cancelled.

Hi,As noted in the server status page, we're experiencing some technical problems with the primary server at the moment. If you've FORCED the primary server the download will fail. If you haven't forced, AS will automatically select the alternate server appropriately. The Primary server should be back up to normal health very soon. And just an FYI, any time you experience any difficulties with the connection, the first place you should look is the server status page (in the Download UI, brought up with the Download button from the main screen). This will indicate the health of the servers and any important messages. If there's nothing reported wrong there, the problem is most likely on your end (or the interim network). It helps to point you in the right direction anyhow... This time it's on our end...Best,
