Well,I finally received my package today that should have included the Vector Expansion together with a TrackIR3. Guess what. The package was empty except for the phoney hat which I never wanted in the first place (incidentally did not untick the box).Here is what their support looks like:Wrote an e-mail to their 24/7 support. No replay after 8 hours.Called their UK office. All lines busy, answering machine took a message with a promise to call back. Of course no call received as of yet (8h). Of course they have my money and the bill with all items was included. No note about having something on backorder or something.I am pretty poed I can tell u that.Alex

HI there I live in the uk and ordered the Vector EX and the track hat, I received the vector expansion a few days ago with no hat , fired off an email in complaint and then got the hat in the next post.It seems that they are shipping whatever they have in stock straight away in order to meet christmas posting.Dont worry you will get yours soon , when you do you will be blown away by it.

Me they always reply to the next day. But what I am worried is the way Edimensional post their stuff. From what I hear no box whatsoever which is not acceptable for this clip.

Hi there Mine did not come in a box just a padded bag, But arrived safely despite being stuffed through the letter box. no problems it is spring steel and is tough enough to withstand the UK postal service , so no worries.

Hello, I would like to start off by saying that I personally have not had any problems with E-Dimensional. I have purchased their 3D Glasses and TIR1. I am just sending this note to help anybody who is considering buying the Track IR 3 and, or the Vector Expansion. I purchased both the TIR3 and VE directly from Natural Point about a week apart. Everything was properly packaged, arrived promptly, and worked as advertised. You may have better luck eliminating the middle man. YMMV, I am just relating my experience to remind people that there are other options.Hope this helps.NickP.S.I am just addicted to Flight Sims, I have no affiliation with any company.... :-)

Yeah nothing wrong about Edimensional in itself just the way they seem to ship it :)

I downloaded the latest software, put three french woodenscrews in an old baseballcap and set three of the largest pads on the screws. Works like hell, and I saved $49 + shipping. Flying in vc got a totally new dimension, and smoothness. Thank you Naturalpoint!

How did you do this without paying your 49$? The price is mainly for software not for clip accesory.

I ordered my TrackIR3 + Vector on 15.12.2004 form eDimensional UK (as I live in Poland). Today is 28.12.2004 and still nothing in my mailbox. 13 days passed I contacted eDimensional and they advised me to wait because there is no possibility to track my package (ordinary mail)... They claim that package for me was shipped within 24 hours from my order.Last time when I ordered form eDimensional, package was in my mailbox after 6 days...I'm starting to worry especially because I just sold my TrackIR2 and simply can't fly my sim without TIR.

Just an update on the situation. I first received the hat. A week later the TrackIR 3. I am still waiting for the vector expansion which they obviously forgot to add to the package. No word from their support to my latest mails since christmas. Guess anyone is on a christmas vacation. That much for their 24/7 support. This is laughable. I surely won't do business with Edimensional again. I will wait until Friday. If I do not have my merchandise until then, I will return the TrackIR and the hat and contact my credit card company.Alex
