September 23, 200619 yr Thanks Howard. As suspected, I got spanning working by reinstalling my ATI driver with CCC and finding a newer nVidia driver. I don't have my new LCDs yet, but I did try FS9 and the FSX beta out on my desktop in spanned mode using my two CRTs set to max resolution (3300ish x 1024) and it wasn't too shabby at all! There was about a 10% impact on FSX frame rates at this res versus standard for me (1152x864) and no impact at all with FS9.I also tried it out on my notebook, with a spanned desktop res of 2880x900 with an external CRT and the results were similarly encouraging. The tricky bit will be finding out which card will support native resolution of my spanned LCDs ie. 3360 x 1050. I didn't see this resolution as an option with either graphics card, but hopefully it will come up when the LCDs are detected. Failing that, something like powerstip may give me the resolution I need.Gary 9800X3D | 4090 | 64GB | 2+1TB NVME | 2TB SSD | 2TB HDD | 85/50/43” TVs | Quest 3 | DOF H3 Motion Rig | Buttkicker | T.16000M Flight Kit MSFS @ 4K Ultra DLSS Performance FG 80 FPS | VR VDXR Godlike 80Hz SSW | MSFS VR DLSS Quality, Ultra Preset - Windows 11 Acer Nitro 5 | i5-11400H | RTX 3060 6 GB | 32GB DDR4 | 15.6" FHD IPS 144Hz | 2 x 512 GB SSD | Windows 11
