November 14, 200817 yr Thanks for replying AlexI'm sorry about the lack of info in the previous posting :(My monitors are 25.25 in wide, bezels are 0.9375 in wide and I calculated a zoom multiplier of 1.074 and bezel compensation of 3.33 degrees. My monitors have a max resolution of 2560 x 1600. My computer is dual core 3.0 GHz with dual nvidia 8800gt video cards.I have tried using matrox TH2G to span three monitors with single external view but TH2G has unacceptable resolution limitations for 30" monitors. My panel.cfg includes the following:[VIEWS]VIEW_FORWARD_ZOOM=0.8055VIEW_FORWARD_EYE=0VIEW_FORWARD_DIR=0.000,0.000,0.000VIEW_FORWARD_RIGHT_ZOOM=0.8055VIEW_FORWARD_RIGHT_DIR=0.000, 0.000, 48.33VIEW_FORWARD_LEFT_ZOOM=0.8055VIEW_FORWARD_LEFT_DIR=0.000, 0.000, -48.33I would like to display full height views. I have a separate monitor for internal panels.I would like 150 to 180 deg FOV without "bends" in horizon when pitching up and down. I am begining to believe that mdiaz380's post maybe correct; that lateral views will always have "bent" horizons in the FOV, I hope I am wrong. Could there be another way to "simulate" wide FOVs with only a forward view and multiple windows? Thanks for any infoelinks
November 14, 200817 yr elinks- further on horizon bend in pitch up/down.Pretty sure I now have the answer!!!Monitor faces must be square (at 90
November 15, 200817 yr Here is what you are talking about. I've been trying to fix this for weeks but I agree, we have reached the "limits" of the gamehttp://eecherrors.homestead.com/climb_out.JPG
