This was the class leg of last year IMHO . 8500 ft PA rules from Aosta to Courcheval , superbly flown by Chris in the porter . I am having a crack at it using same rules on a flight plan I just made :( eeek . If I make even half as good an attempt as Chris I will be very happy . Standby for a failure post :(Flying Rockwell AC52 on Avsim server and TS

Excellent work, Bry!Yes, that was indeed THE tough one last year, even if Gazers leg was almost as hard - 'cause he had snow. Gazer had a couple of us slewing around in an attempt to mark the unlit runway! And I can still remember Chris' deep sigh of relief!BrgdsSven Sorensen, EKCH

Bry,Way to go man! I tried just landing at tht airport the other day with the P-51 and it was impossible. MASSIVE cross winds, and even if I made a 3 point stalled landing at the end of the runway, I couldn't get it stopped before hitting a building or the mountain.Very good job!!!--Mike

Tried to get out of Courchevel, but failed. Airport is in my scenery in a deep hole, in spite of the flatten switches from last year's race.Noticed besides that Saanen (LSGK) is at sea level when the flatten switch is used.Jozef K. http://homepages.onsnet.nu/~jkusters/signature.jpg
