It is called Traffic View Board and is available here in the library. There are a number of updates to the data files it uses also.Do a search for Arnt Helge Haland (the author) in Utilities and you will find all the files, including a tutorial.

Try turning of "aircraft casts shadows on itself" in your display settings, I had this problem and it worked for me.Bill
