March 29, 200917 yr Hi!I've been trying to install my FSX MD-11 and I can't seem to do it.I fill out my email, password and my order number and after that, I get a certificate warning, where I select Yes and then I get an error saying that User account could not be validated, and I get a prompt to contact support. My information is correct completely.I don't understand why it is not working.Any suggestions? Thanks,Teo Teofilo Homsany
March 29, 200917 yr Try logging into your account at pmdg, then look in the order history to confirm your order number. This verifies all three pieces of information at pmdg are what you expect them to be. If this doesn't reveal a problem then email pmdg support with the specifics. Make sure you get an automated response. Dan Downs KCRP

Following their instructions OpenDNS can't seem to resolve www.precisionmanuals.com either? But I don't know enough about this kind of stuff to know if that's good or bad.Thanks.Merv
April 6, 200917 yr Teo, did you ever get your install to work. I have tried tirelessly with no result. I am tired, fed-up, annoyed, and currently quite sick of the lack luster help (not) I have had from PMDG.If you did, can you let on what you did to complete the install.Ta.Merv
