May 27, 200917 yr I just noticed today (with an outside screenshot) that my speed brakes on the 737-600-900 are not deploying on landing even though they are armed (both visually and the indicator on the panel). Prior to installation of the 800-900 I know they were working. Does anyone have any hints? TIAJoe M Current Mission: Various IVAO Division VFR Tours Most Recently Completed Mission: World Tour 2011

May 29, 200917 yr I've seen this mentioned here before. It has something to do with FSUIPC and or joystick calibration. It's been a while since I've seen it but it is here. Just do some good searching. Tom Landry

TIAJoe MYa know, one of the very best benefits of having the AVSIM forum (and it's complete posting history) restored this week is so that questions like this can be answered and researched with the great forum search button feature. There must have been 100,000 posts on the 737 speedbrakes or spoilers from the '05 to '07 timeframe. Search for '737 spoilers' and see if that finds a few posts for 'ya. :( Regards, Al Jordan | KCAE

TIAJoe MTry this: - open the TQ panel and slide the lever to the ARM detent with the mouse- after this hit SHIFT+~. This is the default assignment for almost a/c to arm the spoilers, as you know- confirm ARMED GREEN LIGHT on the main panelThat should work, at least works for me everytime. This is an old hint that I found years ago at this forum, for this litle bug.Best, :( Pedro Lima"The sky is the home of birds... we are just guests... guests of honor" Peter Besenyei"...redundancy is very important in aviation; that is why airplanes have 2 wings instead of 1!"
