Hey Bill thanks for the help, it's much appreciated! The thing is I'm only looking for the 10"x" digit out of that value is why I was limiting it to a scale of 0-9, since that digit can only be should as one of those numbers - or is my logic faulty? :(
Faulty Logic - that sounds like a spin off of Fawlty Towers... :( Even if the display is from 0 to 10, the "tape" will still display fractional increments... Hence, the "tape" will require at least 100 possible positional steps for a smooth response.Although you can do the "scaling arithemetic" within the gauge if you wish, it's a bit pointless since the gauge system itself will wind up doing it's own built-in math scaling routine anyway......that is the function of the non-linearity table. I see that you have 100 pixels already allocated for the "tape" to move, so why not use 'em?

Thanks loads guys!Carbi - The shots are only my 737-200 TestBed, that's because I fly that aircraft more often and it provides a good platform to test gauges on, I am well aware that the real Penny & Giles EIDS is only avialable for 747-100, -200, DC-10-30 and DC-10-40. And that is the aircraft it will be available for once released.Bill, thanks loads for the help! I do agree with you I have the blowm/red that appears on the gauges, it's the default panel lighting system, and a bloom module.
