August 20, 200916 yr Hy all!I bought the MD11 for fs9 few hours ago. The order id is: 121800. I fill all things (email, ID, password) but it is unable to validate. In my PMDG account there is nothing in previous orders menu, but 2 hours ago i can see my order here. Pls help me!!!

August 21, 200916 yr I send a message to the support 20 hours ago and i have no reply :SIf you didn't get an automated reply then their spam filter blocked you. Some folks have to set up a google mail account for whatever reason.A third possiblity for validation errors is much less common but happens, if your DNS server is using old data then the validation packets don't get to the right address. This is a problem with your internet service provider. There are some threads in the past six months on solutions for this, I am not familiar so am unable to help directly. Dan Downs KCRP

August 21, 200916 yr Good.. to bad it is Friday. You may not hear from them until Monday but they should be able to set you up.meanwhile, try an advanced search in this forum for DNS or UNABLE TO ACTIVATE and try out the suggestion to fix the out of date DNS server data. Dan Downs KCRP
