September 7, 200916 yr The configuration choice isHigh: Icing simulation and cabin passengersMedium: Cabin passengersLow: NeitherAny chance a future update might allow selecting ice modelling without passengers. I found deleting pax was the only way to get acceptable framerates on my PC, but I'd like to experience .Kevin
September 7, 200916 yr Add me to the list who thinks thats a good idea - I'd take the icing effects over the visible passengers any time.Mike
September 8, 200916 yr Yeah me too! Those PAX are an fps killer it seems. I like the icing feature though, so please please please give us an option for icing without those PAX.Thanks, Travis
September 8, 200916 yr Commercial Member We're pretty baffled at the assertion that the pax is causing low frames. The pax are just geometry, extremely low poly too. The icing on the other hand was clearly the performance killer throughout testing as it is a pretty complicated system involving both geometry and animations. I see virtually no difference between the Medium and Low models on my own system. Definitely see a hit between High and Medium though, which is the icing.
